Fergie's Soccer Academy (FSA) is looking to advance the development of youth soccer
players, through positive constructive coaching in a fun and safe environment.
FSA coaches youth soccer players to be the type of player they want to be and motivate them in the way the team or individual should play.
Coaching soccer is all about trying to stimulate the players mind, and let them make decisions on their own, so they pick up the knowledge and understanding of the game quick and effectively.
This combination of the "Scottish Style" and the "American Style" of coaching will enhance FSA through the coaches and players development.
